Subscriber Can't be Reached, Please Try Again Later

UPDATE:  I called a lot of times but with no luck.  I think it's obvious what that means.  So goodluck to him and I hope he is enjoying the car.

What does this mean?

1)  Your cellphone's battery is so low, it just turned off?
2)  Your doing something so important, you don't want to be disturbed that's why you turned it off?
3)  The place where you are right now doesn't have a signal?
4)  Your cellphone got busted, you haven't replaced it?
5)  Or simply, you just changed numbers. Period.

What if it has been like this for 3 days?

4)  Your cellphone got busted, you haven't replaced it?
5)  Or simply, you just changed numbers. Period.

I'm ruling out number 1 because everybody recharge their cell's battery when it's already out.
I'm ruling out number 2 because even the cell of the president of the United States is not turned off when they attacked Iraq.  Though it will be his secretary who will be answering it for him.
I'm ruling out number 3 because even the remotest town in Batanes has a signal.

Why am I analyzing this?  Well, someone I know has been keeping his phone unreachable for 3 days now.  I'm don't know if he's still alive...but I hope he is because he still owes my mom thousands of pesosesoses.

Actually, my mom had already told me to let it go but I can't.  We're not rich.  We're just average people who earns money by working hard.  And my mom deserves this money because the car is with them and they have been using it for years without returning it to us.

I'll try to call again next week.  If I hear again that subscriber can't be reached b*&%$sh#$, there must be really something wrong or he's just hiding from me.  Let's see.
